Pricing and Terms
All pricing and terms of sale on this store are web-exclusive to the USA market and may not be available in other countries or when ordering by phone. Customers in other regions of the world are invited to contact their local Hexagon Metrology office for local options for training, parts and accessories. Please visit www.HexagonMetrology.com and select your country from the drop-down box to find your local office.
There is no shipping charge for training classes. Physical product sales incur freight costs that are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased. We use FedEx for all store shipments and offer you the following shipping options:
Fedex Express Saver
Fedex 2 Day
Fedex Priority Overnight
We do not charge tax on training classes regardless of location. The store charges tax for sales of physical products for shipping addresses in the following states: CA, IL, KS, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, RI, SC,TN, TX, WA and WI.
Tax Exemptions for Parts Orders
We charge sales tax only in the following states: CA, IL, KS, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, RI, SC, TN, TX, WA and WI. If your shipping address is in one of these states and you have a valid tax exemption certificate, we cannot offer you tax exempt online ordering at this time. Please call the parts department at 800.761.7711 and place your order by telephone. We will accept credit cards or purchase orders by phone.
A notice requesting material to be returned must occur within 30 days of shipment. A return materials authorization number (RMA) will be issued by Hexagon’s parts department and is required prior to material being returned. Material must then be returned within 30 days of issue date. The RMA number must be noted on all paperwork and labels for return. Shipment to Hexagon without an RMA number may be refused.
Material returned for reasons other than quality issues will be subject to a restocking fee of $50 or 10% of the net price, whichever is greater. After 60 days, no product will be accepted for return.
Returned product will be inspected and credit will be issued except where an item is damaged, incomplete, or not in the original packaging. Specials, or non-standard assembled products, are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy for Training Classes
If you need to change or cancel a class, call our registrar immediately at 800.426.1066.
Confirmed class registrations cancelled with less than 5 full working days prior to the start of the class will be billed 50% of the course fee.
Confirmed class registrants who fail to attend the class will be deemed a no show and billed the full amount of the course or forfeit the online payment.
Your credit card transaction is safe. This site uses Secure Site License (SSL) encryption and a major third-party payment processor for credit card transactions. We do not store your credit card number on this site.
