Hexagon Universal Calibration Services (HUCS) group is a versatile group of field service engineers who are able to calibrate multiple brands of coordinate measuring machines and machine tools outside of the Hexagon Metrology's family of machines. This group currently consists of 8 field service engineers and is still growing.

We use the Agilent 5530 Dynamic Laser Calibration System to calibrate and certify CMMs, Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machines, Lathes, Boring mills, Rotary tables, Surface Plate flatness certification and much more.

The accuracy of your machine tools depends on regular calibrations, just like your CMMs. Ever more stringent quality requirements mean that your production tools need to perform at top levels all the time. We're proud to help our valued customers maintain peak performance on all their equipment, not just CMMs. Our technicians adjust for geometry errors, lead screw errors, and repeatability and can diagnose problems before they arise and cost you critical down time and scrapped parts.

Hexagon Universal Calibration Services provides a wide range of calibrations including:

• ISO 17025 ACLASS Accredited
• B89 – performed with laser and ball bar
• ISO 17025 accredited – provides before and after documentation
• Plate flatness – using electronic levels
• Rotary axis calibration – using a Rotary Calibrator
• All calibration reports are issued on-site
