The Agilent Dynamic Calibrator system is designed with the flexibility to meet your unique calibration requirements. The components of the modular system are small and light weight. The basic system includes the air and material sensors, cables, USB sensor hub, USB axis module, linear measurement kit, laser head and tripod. Additional optics for specific measurements is also available.

You can also upgrade your old HP 5528 or Agilent 5529 laser system to the new 5530 system for the fraction of the cost of a new laser.

The improved electronics and sensors in the Agilent 5530 system set a new industry standard providing accuracy to 0.4ppm. The Agilent laser head is a dual frequency (heterodyne) laser that enables the inherent accuracy of a two-frequency interferometer calibration and offers 50,000 hours meantime- between- failures.

On-Site Agilent Laser Training

Hexagon Universal Calibration Services (HUCS) also offers on-site laser training for your Agilent 5530 laser system. All training includes setting up laser, use of optics and understanding measurement results. We can customize the training to meet your needs.

• Provide training in setting up optics for Angular, Linear, Straightness, Squareness and Rotary (if applicable) on your machine
• Provide training in using and understanding Agilent 5529A laser software
• Provide training of CMM and Machine Tool calibration methods including ISO 17025 and ASME B5.54
• Provide Agilent training certificate upon completion of three day training session
• All training can be customized to meet your specific requirements
• All training sessions include up to four people
• Our training can be done using HUCS equipment or your new Agilent laser system ( If Hexagon equipment is used then additional shipping charges will incur )
