When you need a part program written for a new part, but are short on staff to write the program, let us help you out. We can offer assistance in writing PC-DMIS part programs. One of our many contract services is writing these programs for you. All you need to do is let us know what the critical measurements are and when you need the program by and we will see to it that your program will be written, and up and running to meet your deadlines.

If you have a PC–DMIS program written for a part or series of parts, but are short on staff to run them, or you just don’t have enough CMMs or other metrology equipment to run the parts, turn to our precision centers to help you out. We can offer assistance in inspecting your parts whenever you are running low on resources. Not only do we have a showroom full of Metrology equipment, but we also have a full staff of applications engineers with many years of metrology experience. We can satisfy all of your measurement needs and we can even expedite your orders if you are close to meeting your deadlines.

Not only can our qualified staff write PC-DMIS part programs for you, we can do your inspection work at our precision centers using our CMM machines. Our contract services department is ready and waiting to assist you in any way possible.

We can measure your small, fragile parts using our no-touch vision inspection systems as well.  With our vision line of equipment, you will not have to worry about any chance of your parts getting damaged due to a touch probe.

Our line of Vision products are designed to operate without the use of any tactile touch probes.

For your larger parts, we can use our wide range of CMMs and our portable metrology devices such as ROMER arms and LEICA TRACKERS.

After the programming and measuring are completed, we also have a variety of reporting options.  We have several common reporting templates set up and we even have control over the output of your measurement data in that we can report it in the measurement units of your choosing. So from beginning to end, our Applications Engineers are here with the goal of total customer satisfaction.
