PC-DMIS Reshaper
The power of 3D imaging at your fingertips.
When thousands or even millions of points are scanned, the question of what to do with them had no easy answers. PC-DMIS Reshaper offers a standalone solution that has multiple applications including reverse engineering, part inspection, CAD/CAM, rapid prototyping, and more.
The points, in the form of a 3D point cloud, appear on the screen of the software in real time. This easily identifies where you have and have not scanned and has no size limitation to the total number of points. This point cloud can then be rapidly meshed - often in mere seconds - with other scanned or imported point clouds. From there the data can be manipulated, compared, or exported as the user sees fit.

Datapage+

The days when using statistical process control was optional are long gone. DataPage+ has a non-proprietary database and completely customizable monitoring and reporting tools to ensure your facility is able to implement it fully.
Datapage+ takes measurement data from various sources around the plant: CMMs, laser trackers, articulating arms, vision systems, theodolites, calipers, height gages, and so on and standardizes their reporting format into a Microsoft SQL Express* database of results. The user can then easily migrate and manage data, perform correlation studies, and customize output formats to satisfy many manufacturing applications.
CAD files are also able to be imported allowing visualization of the data with the associated part features. Viewing CAD files in reports, along with the associated flags for special features, makes report interpretation fast and easy.

PC-DMIS NC

PC-DMIS NC is in-process metrology systems for CNC machines. The software is aimed at reducing scrap and rework. By selectively measuring subgroups of features during setup and periodically during production, it can ferret out faults associated with programming errors, bad setups and excessive tool wear.
